GENERAL PRIVACY QUESTIONS
Will people know what I have ordered when it
is delivered?
Your privacy is hugely important to us and we
do everything we can to safeguard it. Our
orders are discreetly packaged without any markings relating to the type of
item, or where it came from.
The packaging which is inserted into the
courier waybill is boring and dull. If
anyone sees it, they may think you have ordered an encyclopedia rather than the
fun which really exists inside!
What about my personal purchasing history and
delivery details?
Your account information is kept very secure,
and only our staff can see any of the product or delivery details which are
necessary to process your order effectively.
Our staff are governed by legal non-disclosure disclaimers which always
ensure confidentiality, no information will be divulged in any way unless we
are obligated to do so by law.
What about my login details and credit card
information which I enter on the website?
We run high encryption on our website which
ensures that your information remains secure.
Our payment gateway providers are trusted by the industry and have been
approved by all local banking institutions to process monetary
transactions. We do not store any
banking details within our system.
